1. Returns & Exchanges


You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • in its unopened and undamaged original packaging.


For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • opened products,

  • used products,

  • items damaged after delivery,

  • promotional or discounted items.


A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange request.


2. How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.


4. Refunds


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.


If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (generally 5–10 business days).


Your refund may be denied if:

  • the item is not returned in its original condition,

  • the item appears used,

  • the item is returned outside the allowed timeframe,

  • the item is not eligible under our return policy.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

  • your order number,

  • clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.


6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After this period, your order may already be processing and can no longer be canceled.
