These timeframes are estimates provided by the carriers and may be influenced by external factors such as customs procedures, weather conditions, or logistical issues beyond our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking details may require up to forty-eight hours to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Magnilash cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, you may contact us promptly; if the order has not yet been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the information.
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. Magnilash is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. In the event that your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we will assist you in contacting the carrier and opening an investigation, but cannot guarantee a resolution on their behalf.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within forty-eight hours of receiving the package and include your order number along with clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. After reviewing your request, we will determine whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is appropriate.
For international orders, where applicable, deliveries may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are solely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product prices or shipping fees charged at checkout. Customs processing times vary by country and may cause additional delays that are outside our control.
